The ASKANIA Component-Microscope-Kit is a toolbox composed of interchangeable and compact modules. Originally made up out of 3 different microscopes (formerly TM1, TM2 and KMA), the collection can be transformed into a solution for a great majority of microscopy tasks.Thanks to a large number of mutually compatible components, it is possible to configure an individual solution tailored to your application in materials microscopy. From different viewing- and phototubes, various illumination methods to infinity corrected long distance objectives, we will find a solution for your material microscopy tasks.

ASKANIA TM1

Your Direct Long-Distance Microscope

Great optical versatility in a compact design give the TM1 great working distances.
Designed to be mounted on tool machines and measuring stands alike, TM 1 can solve even the most specific microscopic challenges and give your machining professionals an advantage.

The TM 1 is concepted to use direct-focus LD - Objectives (Long Distance) with a parfocal distance of 150/150mm (finite optics).

ASKANIA TM2

Your Universal Microscope for Technology

Even more details can be uncovered by TM2, the follow-up of the TM1.
TM2 adds a second eyepiece to the slender design of TM1.
It can use up to four different objectives with it's precise objective revolver mount.
The TM 2 forsees primarily use of infinity ∞ optics.
Combined with a coaxial direct illuminator, you receive a pristine, crisp image of your material sample.

Your Compact Microscope for Mobile Deployment

This compact microscope with integrated coaxial LED - direct illumination source is an universally apt microscope developed for use on tool machines. Its available for different distances and magnificiation specs and forsees use with infinity ∞ optics.
 
Consider the KMA a more sophisticated TM1 with infinity ∞ optics.
