ZEISS Stemi 305 Trino Microscope Body with Stand K MAT

The ZEISS Stemi 305 Trino microscope body with stand K MAT is a stereo microscope for applications in laboratory, industry, and material testing. The proven Greenough system enables a plastic and high-contrast representation of samples and is particularly suitable for preparation, analysis, and documentation.

The integrated trinocular camera port features a fixed beam split of 50% observation and 50% documentation. Microscope cameras can be directly connected via the fixed integrated C-mount 0.5x, making the system particularly suitable for digital image acquisition and documentation.

The manual zoom with a 5:1 zoom factor (0.8x to 4.0x) allows for quick magnification adjustment. Fixed zoom click stops at 0.8x, 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x facilitate reproducible settings in daily use. The free working distance of 110 mm provides ample space for tools and larger samples.

The viewing angle is 45°, while the interpupillary distance can be individually adjusted between 55 and 75 mm. The 30 mm eyepiece mount allows for the use of eyepieces with a maximum field of view number of 23 mm.

For integration into various microscope systems, the microscope body has a 76 mm diameter mount for Stemi carriers or S carriers. Additionally, a 66 mm diameter interface is available for illumination systems. Auxiliary optics or polarization accessories can be mounted via the M52 thread.

The integrated IVI-LED illumination is designed for use with various stand systems, including stands from the K EDU, LAB, and MAT series, LED stand, and the K LED controller.

The K MAT stand provides a stable working platform for applications in material testing or electronics manufacturing. The antistatic surface and the integrated ESD protection function with grounding socket protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge. The column with a travel range of 145 mm allows for comfortable height adjustment of the microscope.

For uniform and flexible incident light illumination, a segmentable K LED ring light can be used. This features 48 inclined LEDs and allows for various illumination modes, including full-circle, half-circle, or quarter-circle illumination. The illumination can be rotated in 90° increments or continuously, allowing for different illumination situations to be achieved.

Through the combination of high-quality ZEISS optics, trinocular camera port, and stable mechanics, this system is particularly suitable for applications in laboratories, quality control, material testing, as well as electronics and precision mechanics.
