ZEISS Stemi 305 Trino Microscope Body with Stand K EDU

The ZEISS Stemi 305 Trino Microscope Body with Stand K EDU is a stereo microscope for applications in education, laboratories, and technical fields. Its proven Greenough system allows for a three-dimensional and high-contrast view of samples, making it particularly suitable for preparation, analysis, and documentation.

The integrated trinocular camera port features a fixed beam split of 50% observation and 50% documentation. Microscope cameras can be directly connected via the permanently integrated C-mount 0.5x. This makes the system especially suitable for digital image acquisition and documentation.

The manual zoom with a 5:1 zoom factor (0.8x to 4.0x) allows for quick magnification adjustment. Fixed zoom click stops at 0.8x, 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x facilitate reproducible settings in daily use. The free working distance of 110 mm provides ample space for tools, preparations, or larger samples.

The viewing angle is 45°, while the interpupillary distance can be individually adjusted within a range of 55 to 75 mm. The 30 mm eyepiece mount allows for the use of eyepieces with a maximum field of view number of 23 mm.

For integration into various microscope systems, the microscope body features a 76 mm diameter mount for Stemi carriers or carrier S. Additionally, a 66 mm diameter interface is available for illumination systems. Auxiliary optics or polarization accessories can be mounted via the M52 thread.

The integrated IVI LED illumination is designed for use with various stand systems, including stands from the K EDU, LAB, and MAT series, LED stands, and the K LED controller.

The Stand K EDU provides a stable working platform for education and routine applications. The integrated LED transmitted light illumination allows for both brightfield and darkfield illumination. Separate controls enable switching on/off and dimming of both reflected and transmitted light.

For additional reflected light illumination, a Spot Lamp K LED can be used. This allows for directed brightfield or darkfield illumination and can be flexibly adjusted in height, tilt, and focus. This ensures optimal illumination for different samples.

The combination of high-quality ZEISS optics, a trinocular camera port, and stable mechanics makes this system particularly suitable for applications in education, laboratory work, quality control, as well as technical and industrial fields.
