Your compact stereo microscope with integrated illumination

ZEISS Stemi 305 Microscope with Stand K EDU and Spot Illuminator K LED

The ZEISS Stemi 305 stereo microscope with Stand K EDU and Spot Illuminator K LED is a versatile system for applications in education, laboratories, and technical fields. The proven Greenough system allows for a three-dimensional view of samples and ensures high image quality for preparation, analysis, and routine examinations.

The manual zoom with a 5:1 zoom factor (0.8x to 4.0x) enables quick magnification adjustment. Fixed zoom detents at 0.8x, 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x facilitate reproducible settings in daily use. The free working distance of 110 mm provides ample space for tools, specimens, or larger samples.

The viewing angle is 45°, while the interpupillary distance can be individually adjusted between 55 and 75 mm. The 30 mm eyepiece mount allows for the use of eyepieces with a maximum field number of 23 mm.

For integration into various microscope systems, the microscope body features a 76 mm diameter mount for Stemi carriers or S carriers. Additionally, a 66 mm diameter interface for illumination systems is available. Pre-set optics or polarization accessories can be mounted via the M52 thread.

The integrated IVI LED illumination is designed for use with various stand systems, including stands from the K EDU, LAB, and MAT series, Stand LED, and the Controller K LED.

The Stand K EDU offers a stable working platform for education and routine applications. The integrated LED transmitted light illumination enables both brightfield and darkfield illumination. Separate controls allow for switching on/off and dimming of the incident and transmitted light illumination.

A Spot Illuminator K LED is used for incident light illumination. This allows for directed brightfield or darkfield illumination and can be flexibly adjusted in height, tilt, and focus. This allows the illumination to be optimally adapted to different samples and applications.

The combination of high-quality ZEISS optics, stable mechanics, and flexible illumination makes this system particularly suitable for applications in education, laboratory work, preparation, quality control, and for technical examinations in industry and research.
