ZEISS Axiovert 7 NMI – Complete system for non-metallic inclusion (NMI) analysis according to standard

The ZEISS Axiovert 7 NMI complete system is a fully pre-configured, standard-compliant microscope system for the analysis of non-metallic inclusions (NMI) in steels and metallic materials.
This complete package meets the technical requirements of common standards (DIN, ISO, ASTM) and is specially designed for metallurgical testing centers, QA laboratories and accredited material laboratories.

At its core is the inverted microscope Axiovert 7 AL, combined with
– HD-capable reflected light optics,
– objective standard configuration (EC Epiplan 5x & 10x),
– Axiocam 705 color R2 high-performance camera,
– motorized scanning stage,
– powerful workstation,
– ZEN core software with Non-Metallic Inclusion Analysis Tool.

This allows you to automate NMI processes, obtain reproducible, documented results and create reports in compliance with standards – completely digitally, quickly and with clearly structured workflows.
