The ZEISS Axiovert 5 DL SCB is a professional inverted transmitted light microscope for demanding applications in cell culture, live-cell imaging, confluence analysis, transfection control, and high-contrast imaging.
By combining phase contrast Ph1, PlasDIC, iHMC (Intermediate Hoffman Modulation Contrast), and Differential Interference Contrast (DIC), it covers all important contrast methods for transparent, living, and sensitive samples.

The integrated Smart Control Box (SCB) enables complete stand-alone operation, automatic image optimization, direct HDMI output, and storage without a PC. Thanks to coded components (revolver, contrast modules, filters), the system works with high reproducibility and user-friendliness.

With the Axiocam 305 color, you get a modern 5-MP global shutter camera for color documentation, fast live preview, and stable deblurring performance.
