ZEISS Axioscope 5 POL Polarizing Microscope Ergo Phototube

The ZEISS Axioscope 5 POL is a modern polarization microscope for the precise analysis of anisotropic materials and crystalline structures. It is ideal for applications in geology, materials analysis, as well as research and education.

The integrated polarization equipment with polarizer and analyzer reliably visualizes birefringence, interference colors, and internal stresses. This makes the system ideal for examining thin sections, minerals, and stressed materials.

The high-quality ZEISS optics with EC Plan-Neofluar objectives ensure excellent image quality with high resolution and contrast. In combination with the LED transmitted light illumination, brilliant and color-true images are produced even with demanding samples.

Thanks to coded components and intelligent light management, settings are automatically adjusted, ensuring reproducible results and efficient workflows.

The integrated ergonomic phototube and the discussion device enable comfortable work and make the system particularly suitable for education, training, and joint evaluations. The microscope can also be integrated into digital workflows and supports easy documentation and analysis.
