ZEISS Axioscope 5 Fluorescence DIC Microscope Set Colibri 3

The ZEISS Axioscope 5 Fluorescence and DIC Microscope is a highly developed complete system for modern laboratory and research applications. By combining transmitted light, fluorescence, phase contrast, and differential interference contrast (DIC), this system offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of investigations.

The integrated Colibri 3 LED light source with RGB-UV equipment enables precise multi-channel fluorescence. Four individually controllable wavelengths ensure optimal excitation of common fluorophores such as DAPI, FITC, TRITC, and Cy5. This allows complex samples to be analyzed quickly and reproducibly.

Thanks to Smart Microscopy, images can be captured directly at the microscope. Automatic exposure, channel switching, and white balance ensure efficient and reproducible documentation – without an additional computer.

The integrated DIC contrast enables a particularly detailed representation of transparent structures, while phase contrast offers additional flexibility for various samples. The automatic safety shutter protects sensitive samples and extends the system's lifespan.
