ZEISS Axioscope 5 Fluorescence DIC with Axiocam 203 Colibri 3

The ZEISS Axioscope 5 Fluorescence and DIC Microscope with a 6-position reflector turret is a highly flexible system for modern laboratory and research applications. Combining transmitted light, fluorescence, differential interference contrast (DIC), and phase contrast, this microscope enables precise analysis of a wide range of samples.

The integrated Colibri 3 LED light source with RGB-UV capability allows for exact excitation of common fluorophores and delivers brilliant multi-channel fluorescence images. The 6-position reflector turret offers maximum flexibility in selecting filter sets and enables quick changes between different fluorescence channels.

Thanks to Smart Microscopy, images can be captured directly at the microscope. Automatic exposure control and optimized acquisition processes enable efficient and reproducible documentation – without the need for an additional computer.

The integrated DIC contrast allows for particularly detailed visualization of transparent structures, while the high-quality EC Plan-Neofluar objectives provide excellent image quality with high resolution.
