Stage Micrometer 70/0.5, 10/0.1, 2/0.01 with Test Certificate according to DAkkS-DKD
The stage micrometer is used to calibrate eyepiece graticules and to determine the image scale in the intermediate image.
- Scale 70mm, every 10mm, 7 divisions
- Scale 10mm, 30...31mm every 0.1mm, 10 divisions
- Scale 10mm, 30...40mm every 1.0mm, 9 divisions
- Scale 2mm, 34...34.1mm every 0.01mm, 10 divisions
- Scale 2mm, 34.1 ... 36mm every 0.1mm, 19 divisions
DAkkS-DKD calibration for stage micrometers with total division length 70mm (0.5mm division), 10mm (0.1mm division) and 2mm (0.05mm and 0.1mm division) using the line mean method with a target measurement uncertainty of U=1µm + 1 x 10 (to the power of 6) x L, including calibration certificate.
The stage micrometer can also be recalibrated. Please contact us for this.
