Description

The ASKANIA Vision 4K is a powerful 8.4-megapixel microscope camera of the latest generation, equipped with the highly sensitive Sony IMX485 sensor. It delivers crystal-clear 4K images with improved signal processing, low image noise, and first-class color fidelity. Thanks to USB 3.0, HDMI, and LAN, the camera can be used flexibly – in stand-alone mode or in conjunction with the professional Mosaic 2.4 software.

With a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and a live image rate of 30 fps (HDMI & USB3.0), the camera is ideal for documentation, inspection, quality control, and research. Optimized internal image processing enables smooth live videos, detailed individual images, and excellent performance at every zoom level.

In combination with the Mosaic 2.4 software, professional image processing and measurement functions are available: EDF stacking, real-time panorama (image stitching), contrast/color filters, measurement functions, report creation, data export, and automated measurement data flow for recurring tests.

The ASKANIA Vision 4K is the ideal solution for laboratories, industry, QC departments, academic educational institutions, and all workplaces where high-resolution imaging is crucial.

Autofocus

With autofocus, you can change the focal plane with just one click without changing the settings on the microscope's focusing drive.

Panorama Function (Stitching)

With the panorama function, you can create a microscopic image of the entire sample. The created panoramic image can still be measured and analyzed like any other image.

Metric flow

The Metric flow module is excellent for quality control of product series. Based on predefined measurement functions of a reference sample, both numerical and percentage differences of all subsequent samples are determined.


Real-time EDF

With the Live EDF module, a deep-focus image can be generated in seconds. The autofocus of the ASKANIA Vision ensures an artifact-free result.
