Description

The ASKANIA SMT soldering and inspection workstation is a specially optimized stereo microscope system for electronics manufacturing, repair, quality control and precision mechanical work. With a large working distance of approx. 180 mm, five fixed magnification levels 4x, 8x, 12.5x, 20x and 40x and an ergonomic soldering position, this system offers ideal conditions for precise work directly on the object.

The Planachromat 0.5x objective and the 2x stereo eyepiece tube deliver brilliant, true-to-side 3D images with high depth of field – perfect for components, solder joints, circuit boards, connectors or optical inspection. The combination of LED ring light and LR-60/110 diffuser ensures homogeneous, reflection-reducing illumination, which facilitates working with glossy or complex electronic components.

Thanks to the pillar stand with a solid base, the precise focusing drive (50 mm, ball guide) and the modular ASKANIA design, the system is extremely durable and flexible. It can be supplemented at any time with auxiliary lenses, transmitted light modules, camera systems or extended lighting options.

The SMT soldering station is a professional, industrial-grade workstation for electronics manufacturing, prototyping, repair, QC, sample production and precision mechanics.
