Description

The ASKANIA SMT with column stand is a robust stereo microscope for technical applications, quality control, electronics workstations, and production. The system is based on the proven Galilean optics and offers five fixed magnification levels: 5x, 10x, 16x, 25x, and 50x. The optics deliver color-true, upright, and high-contrast 3D images – ideal for assembly, inspection, and working directly on the object.

The 100 mm free working distance and the precise plan-achromat 1x enable comfortable work, even with larger components. Two GF-PW 10x/20 eyeglass wearers' eyepieces and the stereo viewing tube 1.6x ensure a clear, ergonomic display.

This version comes with a stable column stand (300 mm), which offers particularly resistant and torsion-resistant properties – ideal for users who require high reproducibility and absolute stability. The coarse focus drive allows for controlled height adjustment of the microscope body.

The equipment also includes a 3W LED spot incident light, a black/white insert plate, two specimen clips, and a protective cover. Thanks to the modular ASKANIA system architecture, the SMT can be expanded at any time – with auxiliary lenses, LED ring lights, cameras, transmitted light options, or special tubes.
