Description

The ASKANIA GSZ Soldering and Inspection Workstation is a compact, ergonomic, and brightly lit workstation for electronics manufacturing, repair, optical inspection, and precision mechanical tasks. The combination of a Greenough stereo system, a large working distance, and a homogeneous LED ring light makes the system perfect for printed circuit boards, solder joints, connectors, components, and precise manual work.

The 0.5x auxiliary objective extends the GSZ to a magnification range of 4x–20x and increases the free working distance to 132 mm – ideal for soldering tools, assembly, rework, and visual inspection. At the same time, the stereo zoom system produces a three-dimensional, upright image with a high depth of field.

The LED ring light with adjustable brightness ensures shadow-free, even illumination. The LR-60/110 diffuser minimizes reflections on shiny or metallic surfaces – a great advantage for circuit boards, pins, or fine structures.

The compact column stand offers high stability and can be flexibly adjusted in height. The modular design allows for expansion at any time with cameras, measuring tables, transmitted light solutions, or additional lighting.
