Description

The ASKANIA RMA is a professional incident light microscope with coaxial LED illumination, developed for metallographic examinations, quality control, material evaluation, surface analysis, and industrial inspections.

With four fixed magnifications 50x, 100x, 200x, and 500x, as well as high-quality M-Plan Achromat objectives, the RMA delivers razor-sharp, high-contrast images – even on highly reflective or textured surfaces.

The central section TM 2 with a 4-position revolving nosepiece enables quick, precise objective changes. The coaxial coarse and fine focus drive (2 µm resolution) ensures sensitive focusing. The trinocular unit (30° / 50:50) allows for simultaneous observation and digital documentation.

The system is mounted on the robust stand base A with a 300 mm profile column and features a precise 70 × 50 mm positioning stage for XY adjustments.

The coaxial LED illumination generates homogeneous, low-reflection light, making it ideal for polished, glossy, or metallic-technical samples.

The ASKANIA RMA has a fully modular design and can be expanded with additional objectives, measuring modules, camera systems, or illumination options.
