ASKANIA Macro-Zoom Microscope MZM - Standard Configuration

The ASKANIA MZM Macro-Zoom Microscope is a versatile and robust inspection system for applications where large fields of view, high flexibility, and precise working distance are crucial. With its exactly vertical beam path, stepless 5:1 zoom, and a magnification range of 8x to 40x, it is particularly suitable for tasks in metrology, quality control, assembly work, electronics inspection, and research.

The standard configuration combines a trinocular tube (30° / 50:50) for simultaneous observation and image output, an ergonomic binocular tube 30/120, two high-quality GF-PW 10x/20 eyepieces, and a precise focus drive with 50 mm travel and ball guide. This enables comfortable, fatigue-free work even over longer periods.

A central highlight is the integrated 3W LED spot incident illumination, which allows for high-contrast and focusable illumination of the sample. This makes the system ideal for examining structures, surfaces, and components. The device is mounted on a stable incident light stand with a 367 mm column, which offers flexible height adjustment and reliable support. The included black/white insert plate supports different contrast situations.

Thanks to its modular design, the MZM can be expanded at any time – for example, with auxiliary lenses for variable working distances, LED ring lights, transmitted light solutions, camera systems, or measuring tables. This allows the microscope to be precisely adapted to individual technical or scientific requirements and remains adaptable in the long term.
