Description

The ASKANIA MZM – Manual Measuring Microscope is a powerful and flexibly expandable inspection and measurement system for applications where precision, stability, and high-quality optical imaging are crucial. With a magnification range from 8x to 40x, a large working distance of 71 mm, and a vertical beam path, this system offers optimal conditions for precise measurement and analysis tasks.

This configuration combines the MZM with a manual measuring stage MT 50×50, equipped with a precise micrometer spindle (0.01 mm readout) and a high-resolution digital micrometer spindle with 0.001 mm readout. This makes the device ideal for quality assurance, surface measurements, structural inspections, component evaluation, and fine component analysis.

The coaxial coarse and fine focus (2 µm resolution) enables reproducible and sensitive focusing. The LED ring light provides uniformly bright, shadow-free illumination – ideal for measurement tasks where contours, edges, and structures must be optimally visible.

The A/D reflected and transmitted light stand with a 367 mm column combines maximum stability with flexible illumination configuration, ensuring precise working conditions. Thanks to its modular design, the MZM can be expanded at any time with illumination options, auxiliary lenses, or camera systems.
