Description

The ASKANIA KMA 1 is a compact, versatile incident light microscope with integrated coaxial LED illumination, developed for industry, workshops, mechanical engineering, tool presetting, production control and mobile applications.
The system is lightweight, stable and can be used as a benchtop microscope, machine microscope or mobile inspection microscope.

The coaxial coarse and fine focus (2 µm resolution) enables precise focusing – even on highly reflective surfaces. Thanks to the Long-Distance objective LD 4.5x/0.14, a comfortable, large working distance of 39 mm (WD 39 mm) is available.

The monocular inclined tube design (30°) ensures a clear upright image and ergonomic viewing. The 0.5x intermediate tube expands the system with additional adjustment options and allows for a large field of view.

The compact stand base (160 × 220 × 20 mm) with column bushing and 245 mm column offers high flexibility. In combination with the controllable 3W LED illumination, the KMA 1 is particularly suitable for precise incident light applications, work on machines, tools or components.

Thanks to its modular platform, the KMA 1 can be expanded at any time – e.g., with camera systems, alternative objectives, mobile stands, machine adaptations or different illumination modules.

This compact microscope with integrated coaxial LED incident illumination is a universally applicable microscope, developed for attachment to various machine tools. The microscope is available with different magnifications and working distances. The KMA 1 is primarily designed for use with ∞-corrected objectives.
