Description
Description
The ASKANIA TM 2 is a precise, compact incident light microscope with a revolving nosepiece, designed for workshop, mechanical engineering, quality control, and precision mechanical inspection tasks.
Due to its modular design, stable stand base, and high-quality long-distance objectives, it is excellently suited for inspection, structural control, tool presetting, and optical measurements in an industrial environment.
The integrated 4-way revolving nosepiece allows for quick switching between different LD objectives. Two objectives are included as standard:
– LD 1.6x (AA 119 mm) for large working distances,
– LD 3.2x (AA 75 mm) for higher detail resolution.
The monocular inclined tube (30°) with image erection provides ergonomic viewing; additionally, a photo/TV tube 30° (1x/0.8x) is available for digital cameras.
The integrated 3W LED spot illumination ensures brilliant, focusable incident light – ideal for metallic, reflective, and technical surfaces.
With its stable stand base, the 367 mm column, ball-bearing drive (50 mm travel), and modular platform, the TM 2 is optimally configurable for various inspection tasks.
